HOW TO REQUEST AN APPRAISAL

STEP 1

Because there are different types of appraisal reports, tell us why you need an appraisal, what the intended use is and who is the intended user.

STEP 2

Having a clear understanding of your property will allow us to provide you with the best appraisal. Please describe your property with as much detail as possible.  What is the address, what it used for; who occupies it, how large is it, how old is it, etc.  It is helpful to have the County Property Appraisers parcel or tax ID number and the name of the owner as it is recorded on their web site. 

STEP 3

Based on the information provided, we will advise you on the appraisal report and scope of work that best meets your needs and objectives and will provide the most accurate and reliable opinion of value.

STEP 4

After consulting with you, we’ll prepare  a proposal outlining the scope of work, the fee, and the anticipated delivery time.
