Position: Senior Commercial
Real Estate Appraiser |

Have you been working as a
commercial real estate appraiser for the past few years and feel
like you’re stuck in a rut? Do you want to work for a company

an opportunity for an appraiser with experience who is willing
to learn a more profitable system. We encourage our staff to
further their education in the real estate appraisal field,
especially obtaining the MAI designation. The position will also
offer exposure to a wide range of property types. |

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation is based on a competitive fee split. Benefits
include Health Insurance, Short Term Disability Insurance,
Simple IRA retirement savings account, MAI dues (if applicable),
and continuing education allowance. All employees also have the
opportunity to work from home. |
|
Qualifications: The applicant’s
minimum qualifications must include a four-year college degree
(preferably in business, or real estate), strong writing and
communication skills, good organizational skills, and superior
computer skills with an emphasis on the Internet, Microsoft
Outlook, Word, and Excel. The ideal candidate is a Florida State
Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, and has knowledge of
map programs, DataComp, CoStar Comps, Argus, and digital photos.
You must have at least two years experience appraising
commercial real estate under the supervision of a MAI appraiser. |

right individual to train as a commercial real estate appraiser
specializing in residential oriented properties. Branch out from
your experience appraising single-family residential properties
into appraising subdivisions, condominium developments,
town-home projects, apartment complexes, low-income housing tax
credit projects, and vacant land. |
